The Lake Miona chapter is dedicated to promoting and perpetuating the appreciation, enjoyment, and knowledge of quilting as an art form and as a craft. This chapter is organized for educational and charitable purposes to: contribute to the knowledge of and to promote the appreciation of fine quilts and quilt making; sponsor and support quilting activities; gain knowledge of quilting techniques, patterns and history of quilt making through educational meetings, travel and friendship; as well as to promote and support ongoing charitable works within the community.
